This role will lead strategic initiatives and global transformation programs across the OTB landscape with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, optimization, and operational excellence. /ppAs a Senior Manager – OTB, you will serve as a functional leader responsible for driving end-to-end Order to Bill enabling technology, partnering closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. /ph3You Will /h3ulliLead and manage SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across global business units. Drive end-to-end OTC/OTB process design including Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, ATP and Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Billing and Invoicing, EDI/Customer Integration, Returns and Claims Management, e-invoicing, SAP DRC /liliPartner with business stakeholders to define roadmap strategies, process improvements, and digital transformation opportunities. /liliManage large-scale projects and agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. /liliLead cross-functional collaboration between SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, EDI, Middleware, and Master Data teams. /liliEstablish governance, testing strategy, deployment planning, and change management processes to ensure successful business adoption. /liliMonitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, customer experience, and revenue enablement. /liliMentor and manage internal teams, external consultants, and offshore resources while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. /liliSupport innovation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and intelligent automation within the Order to Cash ecosystem. /liliEnsure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards, compliance requirements, internal controls and SAP best practices. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliI have strong hands-on experience in SAP Order to Bill processes with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations. /liliI have successfully led multiple full lifecycle SAP transformation programs in global environments. /liliI possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD and related integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and EDI platforms. /liliI am experienced in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. /liliI am a strong people leader with proven experience managing and mentoring teams, consultants, and vendor partners. /liliI am confident in conducting strategic discussions with senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. /liliI am passionate about process optimization, automation, and delivering business value through digital transformation. /liliI thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively navigate organizational complexity and competing priorities. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 7+ years of experience in a lead role managing SAP Order to Bill functions. /liliStrong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. /liliDeep expertise in SAP SD configuration and OTB business processes. /liliProven experience in project management and stakeholder management. /liliExperience managing global teams and third-party implementation partners. /liliStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualification /h3ulliExperience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or food beverage industries. /liliKnowledge of SAP integration technologies including EDI, middleware, and APIs. /liliExposure to AI-enabled business process automation and analytics platforms. /liliSAP S/4HANA certification or related SAP certifications preferred. /liliExperience with SAP Order Management solutions, FSCM, and Revenue Management is a plus. /li /ulh3Why us? /h3pWe’re accelerating our ambition to become a best-in-class Tech leader by making data-driven investments that drive smarter business decisions.
