To strengthen our HQ Finance team, we are looking for a Credit Treasury Specialist who combines strong collection expertise with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. /p pThis role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational credit management with treasury exposure, providing broad development opportunities with an international finance organization. In this role, you will play a key part in improving cash flow performance, reducing overdue receivables, and supporting daily treasury activities. You have an analytical mindset and pay attention to detail. You are persistent, proactive, and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and have a continuous improvement mindset /p pIn addition, you have: /p ul liMBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. /li liAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role. /li liProven experience with collection and cash management activities. /li liExperience working with ERP systems; experience with Infor and/or Coupa is an advantage. /li liGood command of both Dutch and English. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liA commercial mindset and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets. /li liA proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach. /li liThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 h3Your daily responsibilities include /h3 pAs Credit Treasury Specialist, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the collection process across multiple operating companies in the Netherlands (approx. 6). You will be the link between Finance, Commercial Finance Teams, and customers, ensuring outstanding invoices are followed up in a professional and effective manner (70%). Next to that, you will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury activities (30%). You will be part of the HQ Finance team in Son and report directly to the Group Controller. /p pbYour responsibilities further include /b /p pbCredit Control /b /p ul liActively managing and reducing overdue accounts receivable balances. /li liMonitoring and improving Days Sales Outstanding performance (DSO). /li liMaintaining daily contact with Finance and Commercial Finance Teams across multiple operating companies on customer collections and dispute resolution. /li liFollowing up on outstanding invoices and resolving payment issues. /li liSupporting escalations with customers while preserving long-term business relationships. /li liContributing to the implementation and further development of a centralized and standardized collection process. /li liPreparing collection reports and monitoring collection performance. /li /ul pbTreasury /b /p ul liSupporting daily treasury activities and cash management processes. /li liAssisting with banking-related administration and treasury operations. /li liSupporting short-term cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring and bank relationship management. /li liManaging performance and set-up of Coupa (Treasury Management System). /li liSupporting payment processes and treasury controls. /li liAssisting with intercompany financing and treasury reporting. /li liCollaborating closely with the Group Controller and Treasury team on process improvements and treasury initiatives. /li /ul pYou are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week and thrive in a dynamic, international working environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
