As our Account Manager, you are the daily face of O My Bag for our retail partners and agents. You strengthen existing relationships, open new doors and make sure every collaboration reflects who we are as a brand. You combine commercial awareness with genuine care for our partners, our products and our impact.

As Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in growing our presence in Germany and beyond . Depending on your language profile and experience, your focus may also include the Dutch market.

What you’ll do

  Build meaningful partnerships

✔️ Manage and grow relationships with wholesale accounts across your markets
✔️ Be a reliable and enjoyable partner to work with, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration
✔️ Support retailers in telling the O My Bag story in their stores

Create opportunities for growth

✔️ Identify and onboard new B2B partners that are a strong fit for O My Bag
✔️ Support agents and distributors with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
✔️ Represent O My Bag at trade fairs, showroom appointments and industry events

Execute with care and precision

✔️ Oversee order processes, deliveries and follow-ups with attention to detail
✔️ Monitor performance, reorders and opportunities across accounts
✔️ Share insights from the market to strengthen sales strategy and product development

✔️ You have solid experience in sales, account management or wholesale . Experience within fashion, accessories or lifestyle is a plus.

✔️ You take initiative and don’t wait for direction to move things forward.

✔️ You’re commercially minded while staying people-focused.

✔️ You’re organised, detail-oriented and follow through on your commitments.

✔️ You communicate easily with different stakeholders and enjoy building strong, long-term relationships.

✔️ Ideally, you are fluent in Dutch, German and English , allowing you to take ownership of both the Dutch and German markets.

✔️ We also welcome candidates who are fluent in German and English and excited to focus on growing our German and international markets.

You’ll be joining a team of about 30 talented and energetic professionals with 10+ nationalities.

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with our Head of Wholesale, Account Managers & Sales Support; a passionate and driven team dedicated to growing O My Bag’s wholesale presence worldwide.
