As a fast-growing global medical device company, we are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and putting people at the heart of everything we do. /ppWe are now looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join the Belgium and Netherlands (BE/NL) Marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will be instrumental in the executing our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives in Belgium and Netherlands, to drive market growth by increasing brand awareness amongst the diabetes community, increasing new customer starts and curating the nurture journey that is designed to support our customers already using Omnipod to minimise attrition. /ppThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. Due to the nature of Omnipod being a medical device, we put a high importance on compliance to follow MedTech rules, so if you are detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about creating memorable and impactful experiences—we’d love to hear from you. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWorking closely under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to ensure we are fully and successfully executing the consumer campaigns outlined in the annual marketing plan. /liliChampion the BE/NL consumer initiatives, focused around the key marketing channels including digital, social media, email marketing/CRM, VOD, events, PR, advocacy groups and community engagement. /liliLocalise Global and International baselines to ensure assets meet the needs of the BE/NL market. /liliEnsure all materials are approved through the Veeva approval system before use in market. /liliWork with the Events Manager to ensure all consumer events are executed effectively, co-ordinating the delivery of marketing materials and attendance from the broader sales team. /liliEnsure contracts and POs are completed in a timely manner ahead of activity. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure the needs of the consumer initiatives are delivered, including; international marketing, sales, clinical, market access and leadership teams. /liliReporting - Monitor customer sentiment and brand impact (NPS), reporting on budgets and KPIs, ensuring transparency and cost-effectiveness. Standardise reporting on competitor consumer activity. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements when engaging with Podders and other external partners. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. /liliThis role requires fluency in Dutch, English and French /liliDemonstrated consumer marketing experience within a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting, with knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks. /liliProven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. /liliStrong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills Attributes /h3ulliHands-on experience with consumer facing digital marketing, including social media and email/CRM; experience with webinars is preferred. /liliExperience working with business systems; Wrike, Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce would be an asset. /liliStrong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. /liliComfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. /liliPassion for customer experience, team culture, and innovation. /li /ulh3Travel /h3ulliThe role requires attendance at conferences, consumer events and to join in business meetings. /liliTravel is estimated at up to 20% but will flex depending on business needs. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliThis position is a hybrid role, based out of our Utrecht office in Netherlands, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week. /li /ulh3Why Join Insulet? /h3pInsulet is more than just a medical device company—we’re a community of innovators, problem solvers, and passionate individuals who care deeply about people with diabetes.
