Senior HR Information Systems Analyst, EUA

ppAs Senior HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst EUA you will support the maintenance, testing and continual improvement of HRIS, SuccessFactors. You are in charge of completing regional centralised SuccessFactors actions (across EUA region with guidance from HRIS Manager, SuccessFactors). /ppMoreover, you will support the EUA HR team with SuccessFactors specialist know-how and are responsible for ensuring SuccessFactors HRIS meets ONE business processes and requirements. /ph3Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement /h3h3System Implementation Updates /h3ulliHR information systems - systems maintenance and day to day BAU regional functions (including regional UAT support with roll out of future modules). /liliAct as SFEC specialist to advise and support EUA HR team and wider business. /liliSupport implement system upgrades and general maintenance of the system. /liliTest any changes, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes so the system meets user needs. /liliTime Off, Learning Support, EC Integration /li /ulh3Maintenance, Support System Enhancements /h3ulliRegional ServiceNow ticket management for EUA region. /liliRegional ADP E-service ticket management for EUA region. /liliSupport ADP GDMS maintenance and systems for European countries integrated with ADP that have been transitioned to services (no longer in implementation stage). /liliKeep a good overview on (changing) business requirements and how these need to be reflected in ONE's HRIS to improve the systems configuration. /li /ulh3System Auditing Documentation /h3ulliRegularly audit systems to ensure user and data integrity. /liliManage SF blueprints documentations across SF EUA and ensure documentations are kept up to date including audit change, ensure consistent technical architectural standards are met across SF (in production and UAT). /liliEnsure HRIS and EUA Grading Matrix are updated and maintenance. /liliSafeguard stringent compliance with regards to data integrity, GDPR, systems governance and audit controls. /li /ulh3Collaboration Training /h3ulliWork closely with HRIS Manager to deliver SF Employee Central end user training for new HR staff and refresher training. /liliCollaborate and support EUA IT ops with any systems integrations issues across ONE system architecture. /liliProduce regional reports and ad-hoc reports as required by the business. /liliKeep a good overview on (changing) business requirements and how these need to be reflected in ONE's HRIS to improve the systems configuration. /liliManage all relevant stakeholders, aiming at strong support for HRIS. /li /ulh3Location /h3ulliSUB RHQ - Rotterdam /li /ulh3Skills, Qualifications and Expertise /h3ulliExcellent working knowledge and strong understanding of SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central module. /liliAwareness of other SuccessFactors modules and other systems (Concur/ADP/ServiceNow/ Anaplan/G Suite/IAM is desirable). /liliGood understanding of HR processes and experience mapping processes to configuration. /liliExperience of systems implementation and integration. /liliHighly proficient in GoogleSuite packages. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStrong analytical skills, proven written and verbal in a commercial environment. /liliMeticulous attention to detail and robust problem solving skills. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with all levels of seniority. /liliPositive attitude with a passion to learn and collaborate with others. /liliAble to present complex issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. /liliAble to work in a self-directed environment. /liliAbility to take initiative and proactively improving processes. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliMarket based salary /lili26 Holiday days per year /liliHoliday allowance /lili13th month /liliPension: a defined contribution paid by Employer and Employee /liliWIA and WGA-gap insurance fully paid by ONE /liliCollective Health Insurance /liliCommuting and Working from Home Allowance /liliHybrid working /liliOffice in the centre of Rotterdam, walking distance to Station Blaak and the Markthal /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
