Join us. /pYour ImpactpAs a Principal Consultant, OpenText Professional Services (Energy Engineering), you will lead the design and delivery of Engineering Information Management (EIM) solutions that help some of the world's largest industrial organizations manage critical engineering information across complex enterprise environments. Our clients engineer, build, and operate power plants, chemical plants, oil rigs, refineries, ships, grids, and pipelines. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping them maximize the value of OpenText technologies through successful implementation, integration, and adoption of EIM solutions. /pIn This Role, You WillulliLead the end-to-end delivery of OpenText ECM and EIM solutions, including planning, design, installation, configuration, migration, and integration. /liliDesign scalable, high-performing system architectures that meet client requirements and long-term business objectives. /liliConfigure and manage cloud-based proof-of-concept environments to support workshops, demonstrations, and validation activities. /liliDesign and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as engineering applications including CAD, CAE, GIS, and Primavera. /liliPartner with clients, Professional Services teams, Product Management, and RD to deliver exceptional outcomes and influence product enhancements. /liliDrive innovation by contributing best practices, methodologies, and service offerings that strengthen OpenText's Professional Services organization. /liliCollaborate within a global, cross-functional team operating in a flexible, hybrid work environment. /li /ulWhat The Role OffersulliThe opportunity to work with leading organizations across the energy, engineering, construction, and industrial sectors. /liliA strategic consulting role where you can directly influence client success and digital transformation initiatives. /liliExposure to complex enterprise environments and large-scale EIM and ECM implementations. /liliThe ability to work with innovative OpenText technologies alongside enterprise platforms such as SAP and Microsoft 365. /liliA collaborative, global Professional Services team focused on technical excellence and continuous innovation. /liliFlexible and hybrid ways of working that support collaboration across regions and functions. /li /ulWhat You Need To SucceedulliMinimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software planning, implementation, and rollout projects. /liliMinimum 6 years of experience supporting Engineering Capital Projects, Plant Documentation, or Management of Change initiatives in roles such as Document Controller, Project Manager, or Engineering Project Manager. /liliBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. /liliAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering, OpenText Content Management for SAP, or comparable enterprise content management platforms. /liliStrong understanding of solution architecture, enterprise integration, and information management best practices. /liliAbility to build credibility with technical and business stakeholders and act as a trusted client advisor. /liliExperience working within global and cross-functional project teams. /liliOpenText certifications, including Content Server certifications, are considered an asset. /li /ulpOpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
