strong The Role /strongAre you an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building strong customer relationships?br /As strongInside Sales Account Manager – Belgium Market /strong, you will play an important role in further expanding the company's presence in Belgium. Based from the Rotterdam office, you will work closely with colleagues to help businesses find smarter solutions for their mobility and fleet management needs.br /You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will manage the complete sales process — from initial contact and identifying customer needs through to closing the deal and establishing a successful partnership.br /Alongside new business development, you will also have the opportunity to develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.br /This is a role for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and enjoys taking ownership in an entrepreneurial environment where good ideas are encouraged and put into action.br /strong Your Responsibilities /strongulliProactively approach and acquire new business customers in the Belgian market. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. /liliAdvise entrepreneurs and organisations on the company's vehicle tracking, journey registration and fleet management solutions. /liliIdentify customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions. /liliManage and follow up on leads and commercial opportunities. /liliPrepare, present and follow up on quotations and proposals. /liliManage the complete sales process from initial contact through to closing. /liliIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base. /liliContribute to commercial campaigns, sales initiatives and process improvements. /liliMonitor developments within the Belgian market and proactively identify new business opportunities. /liliWork closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a smooth customer experience. /li /ulH3Requirements /H3ulliA C2 level ofstrong French /strong A minimum of a strongB2 level of Dutch /strong /liliHas a natural talent for building rapport and connecting with customers. /liliListens carefully and knows how to ask the right questions. /liliCan identify customer needs and present convincing solutions. /liliIs confident in negotiating and closing deals. /liliIs resilient and does not get discouraged when a deal does not work out. /liliIs proactive, curious and eager to learn. /liliCan work independently while also being a strong team player. /liliTakes ownership and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. /li /ulbr /H3Benefits /H3ulliDirect 7 month contract with my client /liliA salary ranging between €2.800 - €3.000 per month based on full-time /liliBonus/OTE /liliPension /liliReimburses up to 30 km one-way /liliCompany laptop phone provided /liliFull-time in the office based role /li /ulbr /H3Application Procedure /h3If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
