ph3About The Role /h3pThe Customer Service Coordinator assists account teams and customer retail locations to ensure accurate and timely completion of the sales order process. This role also serves as a contact for customer service-related inquiries regarding designated accounts and assists the Account Team in daily operations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess transactions, including sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software /liliProvide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries quickly and correctly /liliCreate and provide order acknowledgements to customers /liliCommunicate and coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers to ensure effective and timely processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders /liliAnalyze customer inquiries, research solutions, if necessary, and provide suggestions for resolution to the Account Manager /liliCollaborate with the Account Team to monitor and manage inventory /liliApprove and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment and prepare shipping documents /liliMaintain a thorough understanding of designated accounts, including product knowledge, in order to make effective suggestions to the Account Manager /liliPrepare various account-related reports for the Account Manager to review /liliAssist the Account Team with daily functions /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAssociate degree in Business or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related role preferred /lili1-2 years of experience in high volume, fast-paced customer service role /liliProficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word /liliNative-level proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. /liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency /liliAbility to quickly self-train on various programs, such as SharePoint, Yellowfin, and Pentaho /liliPreferred experience with report generating software, such as Pentaho /liliKnowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography /li /ulh3Perks And Benefits /h3pWe believe our employees are our most important asset.
