Responsibilities
- Define and execute the EMEA data center strategy in alignment with global objectives
- Drive regional revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead and develop regional commercial, technical, and operational teams
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee major contracts, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics
- Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction across the region
- Collaborate closely with global leadership on investment, resource planning, and long-term growth initiatives
- Represent the company at executive meetings, industry forums, and key events
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure sector
- Strong track record of EMEA business leadership and growth
- Extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, and key account management
- Ability to operate at board and executive level
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working within a global or matrix organisation
- Technical understanding of data center infrastructure, power, cooling, or automation solutions
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
