Working as part of a small but highly impactful team, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex external reporting activities, drive process improvements, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the organization. /pbrpThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical accounting professional with 8+ years’ relevant experience, either developed in Big 4 and transitioned into industry or gained within an international, listed environment. /pbrKey Responsibilitiesbrullibr/liliLead the preparation of the Group financial statements under IFRS.br/liliSupport the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.br/liliOversee SOX compliance activities, including maintaining internal control documentation and updating controls as required.br/liliContribute to ESG reporting initiatives and assist with the development of related disclosures.br/liliManage relationships with internal finance teams and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.br/liliIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting processes, controls and standardization.br/liliSupport ad‑hoc analysis, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across the reporting function.br/li /ulbrCandidate Requirementsbrullibr/liliDegree in Accounting or Finance, with a recognised professional qualification (RA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).br/liliStrong technical accounting background; Big 4 experience preferred.br/liliMinimum 8 years’ relevant experience in external reporting, consolidation, or technical accounting.br/liliExperience preparing financial statements under IFRS and exposure to US GAAP.br/liliUnderstanding of SOX/PCAOB requirements within a listed environment.br/liliStrong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.br/liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.br/liliHigh level of integrity, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.br/li /ulbrHow to ApplybrpIf you are interested in applying for this Group Reporting Manager role, please register your interest using the link below.
