Local finance teams in all jurisdictions handle filing, with external parties providing support as needed. /liliManage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities. /liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax laws. /liliDevelop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies. /liliAdvise on the tax implications of tenders, business decisions, MA, and cross-border transactions. /liliMonitor and assess the impact of BEPS, Pillar 2, and other global tax developments. /li /ulpbTransfer pricing /b /pulliOversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements. /liliEnsure compliance with OECD guidelines and local requirements. /liliCollaborate with finance, legal, and business units to ensure tax alignment. /liliManage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors across jurisdictions. /li /ulpbProcess technology /b /pulliIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement. /liliImplement tax technology tools to enhance reporting and compliance. /li /ulh3Qualifications experience /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Law. /liliMinimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in international tax, preferably in a multinational or Big Four environment. /liliStrong knowledge of Dutch tax system; knowledge of UK tax and other jurisdictions is a plus. /liliExperience with transfer pricing and international tax frameworks (OECD, BEPS). /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems and tax technology tools is a plus. /liliStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management. /liliProactive, hands-on, and able to work independently. /liliHigh attention to detail and integrity. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliA pivotal role in shaping the tax function of a growing multinational company. /liliCompetitive salary and benefits. /liliInternational exposure. /liliA collaborative and innovative work environment. /li /ulh3Your work environment /h3pWe are proud of our people-first culture.
