Director Marketing Communications, Feed & Biofuel

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional responsible for global marketing communications within our Feed & Biofuel division, with a proven track record in modern marketing communications within an international context. You will be part of the Global Division Management Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute an integrated omni-channel marketing communications strategy & action plan, aligned with our business objectives and corporate guidelines
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance
• Manage the divisional marketing communications team and define processes, tools, and standards, aligned with the business area and group communication
• Manage the annual marketing communications budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation
• Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team on market research and analysis, marketing program development and implementation
• Collaborate closely with divisional management, business units, product management and other business areas, divisions or locations
• Support HR in employer branding and employer engagement topics

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

• Knowledge and understanding of marketing communication concepts, strategies and activities
• Comprehensive understanding of modern marketing tools (marketing automation, analytics etc.) and opportunities
• Knowledge of design and creativity principles
• Understanding of customer behavior & buyer’s journey
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage

SCHOOL EDUCATION

Minimum:    Degree in marketing, communications and/or related studies     
Good to Have:    MBA, Post Graduations courses in the field of and marketing and communications, also in connection with engineering and/or technology

EXPERIENCE
Min. 10 years of professional experience working in the industrial plant or large project business
Leadership of small marketing teams in a multinational environment
Industry sector-specific know-how in Animal Feed, Pet and Aqua Feed, Biofuel or comparable product line by education and /or experience preferred
