Location: Amsterdam

Salary: €3,500 – €4,300 per month (depending on experience)

As the Club Manager, you'll be at the forefront—leading your team, engaging with members, and ensuring the club operates seamlessly. If you excel in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and are driven by operational excellence, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leadership and Team Management: Oversee a Hospitality Manager , a team of Hosts, and Personal Trainers, ensuring they deliver outstanding experiences to every member.
• Hands-On Engagement: Be present at the front desk , interacting with members and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Operational Excellence: Manage club performance, drive membership growth, and oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Member Experience: Cultivate a welcoming environment where members are motivated and supported in achieving their fitness goals.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the club's cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, keeping equipment in optimal condition.

About You:

• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus on overall objectives.
• Inspirational Leader: Skilled in developing and motivating a diverse team to achieve their best.
• Proactive and Hands-On: Willing to engage directly in daily operations, from the gym floor to administrative tasks.
• Customer-Centric: Committed to delivering exceptional experiences to all members.
• Experienced: Background in managing busy fitness clubs or similar high-traffic hospitality environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional Experience: Previous roles as a Club Manager, Gym Manager , or in high-level operational positions within the fitness, leisure, retail or hospitality industries.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and develop large teams.
• Operational Acumen: Experience in customer service, operations, and people management.
• Performance Metrics: Familiarity with membership growth strategies and club performance indicators is advantageous.
