Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg heeft ruim 180 medewerkers. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs bProduction Manager /b, you will be responsible for the daily management of all shopfloor activities. You ensure smooth execution of production and repair processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead 4 Team Leaders, each managing 15–20 employees, and act as the vital link between the Operations Manager and the shopfloor. /p pYou are not only a coach but also a motivator, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee daily production and repair activities in compliance with aerospace standards. /li liMonitor and achieve KPIs such as Turn Around Time (TAT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and safety. /li liMaintain a strong presence on the shopfloor and resolve issues proactively. /li liCoach and develop 4 Team Leaders and their teams. /li liTranslate strategic objectives into actionable plans. /li liLead improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S) and ensure compliance. /li liCollaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Engineering, QA, and EHS. /li liRepresent the production team during audits and customer visits. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree and several years of leadership experience in production or MRO (preferably aerospace or metal industry). /li liProven ability to manage Team Leaders and large teams. /li liKnowledge of production planning, HR processes, and improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, TPM). /li liStrong communication and coaching skills. /li liFluent in English, both spoken and written. /li liAmbition to progress to Operations Manager within 1–3 years. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA challenging role with significant responsibility and impact. /li liOpportunities for personal development and career growth. /li liWork in an international environment focused on quality and innovation. /li liGood secondary benefits /li li27 vacations days /li /ul pChromalloy is proud to be an affirmative action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
