For an internationally operating high-tech manufacturer in Nijmegen, we are looking for a Logistics Operator. In this role, you will ensure that materials, components, and projects are delivered to the right workstation at the right time. Your efforts play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient workflow within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. You'll join a modern organization where technology, quality, and teamwork go hand in hand. As a Logistics Operator, you are the link between Logistics, Planning, and Production. You make sure materials and projects are available where and when they are needed, helping operations run efficiently and without delays.

What Will You Do as Logistics Operator?

• Delivering projects to the correct workstations according to production planning;
• Ensuring projects are available in the right sequence and at the right time;
• Checking that projects are complete before entering production;
• Identifying and reporting deviations or shortages;
• Participating in daily planning and production meetings;
• Coordinating material flow with the warehouse team;
• Processing incoming deliveries for ongoing projects;
• Contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient cleanroom environment;
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.

What Do You Bring?

You are structured, proactive, and able to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating with different departments and take pride in delivering accurate work.

In addition, you have:

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Experience or affinity with logistics, manufacturing, or a technical environment;
• Strong communication skills;
• A structured and detail-oriented working style;
• A practical and flexible mindset;
• A team-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Willingness to work in shifted day schedules or a two-shift operation;
• Dutch or English language skills at a minimum B1 level.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,000
• 17% shift allowance on top of your salary
