Digital Solutions Engineer

ppWe're looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer to join the Avular Team! /p pAt Avular, we're looking for a hands‑on, curious builder who owns our online presence and keeps making the way we work smarter. You'll own avular.com end-to-end: a fully custom Next.js website, the Storyblok CMS our marketing team edits in, and the conversion tracking and lead flows that turn visitors into qualified leads. But your impact won't stop at the website. When you spot a repetitive task, a clunky workflow or a missed opportunity anywhere in the company, you build the solution. AI is your default tool for all of it, and using it well is part of the job. Our stack is Next.js with Tailwind CSS, Storyblok (headless CMS), HubSpot and Google's marketing tools (Tag Manager, GA4 and Ads), hosted on Azure with code on GitHub. You'll use AI‑assisted development tools like Claude Code every day to build faster and keep learning. /p pYour mission is to make Avular's digital presence sharp, fast and measurable, and to keep improving how the whole company works. From the code that renders a page to the conversion that lands a lead in HubSpot, you own it, and you grow it. And when you see a process that could run better, you turn that idea into a working tool or automation. You get that clean, reusable components and content non‑technical colleagues can edit themselves are part of the craft. And you understand that AI isn't the goal here, it's how you get more done in less time and with better quality. /p pBuild and maintain avular.com, a fully custom Next.js (React) website with Tailwind CSS: new pages, sections, campaign pages and reusable components /p pWork in Storyblok, our headless CMS: set up the blocks and fields so the marketing team can edit text, images and spacing themselves, without a developer /p pDevelop new pages, components and digital experiences with an eye for design and user experience /p pMaintain and improve the technical SEO foundation (structured data, sitemap, canonicals, meta), increasingly with the help of AI tooling /p pKeep our conversion tracking healthy and extend it for new campaigns (dataLayer events, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, enhanced conversions), and fix it when something breaks /p pWork on integrations between the website, CRM and other systems /p h3Smarter workflows across Avular /h3 pSpot opportunities across the company where automation or a better digital workflow saves time, improves quality or creates a new capability /p pTurn those ideas into practical solutions: internal tools, automations and integrations that colleagues actually use /p pConnect existing systems and tools so information flows without manual work /p pHelp colleagues discover useful tools and better ways of working /p h3How you work /h3 pUse Claude Code as a daily companion to develop faster, pick up new parts of the stack and keep the codebase healthy /p pReach for LLMs, AI agents and APIs wherever they deliver real value, and keep a sharp eye on which new capabilities are worth adopting /p pWork closely with Colin and our partner Circel on the trickier integrations (HubSpot, automations, Odoo) /p pWe're less interested in how many years you've been working and more interested in how you think. You are: /p ul libDesign-driven: /b you have a strong feel for good design and care how a page looks, feels and reads, so you build things people actually enjoy using /li libMarketing-minded: /b you're curious about what makes visitors click, sign up and convert /li libHandy with a CMS: /b you can structure content so non-technical colleagues can edit it themselves /li libComfortable with marketing tech: /b Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads and HubSpot, with support and guidance from the team /li libFluent with AI as a tool: /b you embrace AI-assisted development and automation as a way to build faster, solve more and keep learning /li libA problem solver: /b you enjoy taking something that doesn't work well and finding a better way /li libIndependent and entrepreneurial: /b you take ownership of a problem, figure things out and get to a working solution, rather than waiting for a ticket /li libA strong communicator: /b you work comfortably with both technical and non-technical colleagues, in good spoken and written English (our team is partly international); Dutch is a plus /li /ul pYou have a background in front‑end development, web development or online marketing, through study, self‑teaching or hands‑on experience. We're open to all levels, from starter to more experienced, and open to backgrounds if you can show the right mindset and skills. /p h3Bonus points for experience with: /h3 ul liNext.js, Tailwind CSS or Storyblok /li liGoogle Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads or HubSpot /li liSEO and web performance /liliAPIs and system integrations /li liPython or scripting /li liGit and GitHub /li liLLMs, AI agents and AI APIs, and AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Cursor /li liBuilding internal tools, automations or solutions /li /ul pYou don't need to tick every box. We'd much rather meet someone who is highly curious, technically capable and genuinely excited to build than someone who matches every technology on the list. /p pAt bAvular /b, work meets play in the best possible way. We’re shaping the future of robotics, and we want you along for the ride. Here’s what’s waiting for you: /p ul libGrow Shine: /b Bring your vision and grow your career in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment /li libWe’ve Got You Covered: /b Salary based on experience level, A non‑contributory pension scheme and travel cost reimbursement mean less stress and more focus on what you love /li libShare in Success: /b As part of our participation plan, you’ll benefit directly from the company’s growth /li libPlay Hard: /b Game nights, Friday drinks, epic team events, and celebrations make our office more than just a workspace /li libRecharge Your Way: /b Enjoy 30 paid vacation days (plus national holidays) to unwind, explore, or simply relax /li libFuel for Greatness: /b Savour the best coffee, fresh fruit, and snacks to power your day /li libInnovation Central: /b Work at our brand-new office in Strijp‑T, Eindhoven, a buzzing hub of forward‑thinking companies and cutting‑edge ideas /li /ul pAt bAvular /b, we’re on a mission to revolutionise robotics: /p p“With gorgeous tech, we accelerate the creation of mobile robotic applications that shape a brighter future for all.” /p pFrom our home base in Eindhoven, we design the tech behind autonomous robots, crafting drones and driving robots from scratch. /p pAre you our new colleague? /p pAcquisition based on this vacancy is not appreciated. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
