The primary focus of this role is on strongSAP ECC HCM and BIM-related activities /strong, followed by strongSuccessFactors Employee Central /strong and supporting integration technologies. /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong SAP HCM knowledge with experience in HR integrations and understands how to connect and optimize hybrid HR landscapes. /ppResponsibilities /pulliSupport and maintain SAP ECC HCM environments and related HR processes /liliWork on BIM-related integration activities within the SAP HCM landscape /liliSupport integrations between SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central /liliManage and optimize interfaces between SAP and external systems /liliTranslate business requirements into technical solutions /liliCollaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and technical delivery teams /liliSupport testing activities, UAT, and issue resolution /liliIdentify and resolve integration and data flow issues /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and integration processes /liliSupport SAP CPI and SAP BTP activities where applicable /li /ulpRequired Skills Experience /ppstrongMust have /strong /pulliStrong experience with strongSAP ECC HCM /strong /liliExperience with strongBIM /strong within SAP HCM environments /liliProven experience with strongSuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) /strong /liliStrong experience with strongintegrations and interface management /strong /liliExperience with APIs and HR data flows /liliExperience within complex enterprise environments /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li /ulpstrongNice to have /strong /pulliExperience with strongSAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) /strong /liliExperience with strongSAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) /strong /liliExperience with SAP HR Payroll /liliExperience with migration projects involving SAP HCM and SuccessFactors /liliExperience with testing and UAT activities /li /ulpWe will endeavour to respond to your application ASAP.
