It’s a purely bindividual contributor role /b. /liliYou’ll work at the intersection of innovation and impact, empowering businesses to leverage GenAI for transformative results. /liliYou’ll guide companies in integrating GenAI solutions, making AI a tangible part of their operations. /liliYou’ll drive the scaling of GenAI technologies, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production. /liliYou’ll partner closely with our product and science teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored to client needs. /liliYou’ll tackle complex business problems with AI, delivering measurable outcomes and strategic advantages. /liliYou’ll contribute to the evolution of AI technology, influencing how businesses operate and compete in the modern world. /liliYou will travel approximately 30 to 60% of your time. /liliYour role will involve spending time at the client’s office. /li /ulbWhat You Will Do /bbDelivering value to the customers /bulliExecute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives. /liliContribute to effectively identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer. /liliOn the project, Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process /liliCreate a strategic vision for the customer on the project, based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities. /li /ulbProduct deployment /bulliGuide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure. /liliWork closely with customers to deploy relevant solutions according to their specific requirements. /liliRegularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements. /liliDevelop custom features for customers as needed. /li /ulbCustomer Onboarding /bulliResponsible for onboarding customers on our products, providing guidance on deployment and integration /liliEnsuring the best production setup from the low-level GPU stack, up to infrastructure, back-end and front-end interfaces /li /ulbProject management /bulliDefine and track success metrics of the POC being rolled out at customers. /liliOperate as a program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams (Applied Engineers) as well as teams on the customer side to make sure project moves forward. /li /ulbWhat We’re Looking For /bulliYou hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) /liliYou have experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect /liliYou're experienced with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments /liliYou are fluent in Python /liliYou have experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools /liliYou have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure /liliYou have been involved in a customer facing role /liliYou have strong project stakeholder management skills /liliYou have foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science /liliYou have ability to connect technology and business value /liliYou are result driven and resilient /liliBeing familiar with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus /li /ulpWe are looking for adaptable team players who excel in a fast-paced environment and are ready to support pre-sales as well as deployment tasks, contributing to our shared goals and success. /pbHiring Process (optional) /bulliTalent Acquisition screening call /lili30min Hiring Manager Interview /lili45min Business Acumen Interview /lili60min System Design /liliPanel (Home Prep Restitution) /lili30min Value Talk /liliReference check /li /ulbWhat We Offer /bpWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
