Someone who can build a HubSpot workflow in the morning, wire up an n8n automation over lunch, and ship a Claude-powered agent that drafts your competitive analysis before your coffee's cold. You'll be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, making sure our revenue engine runs as one machine, not three silos. AI is not a buzzword here. It's how we grow and it's how our platform thinks. /p h3The team you'll be joining /h3 pYou'll be the first dedicated AI GTM Engineer at Chainels. Until now, revenue operations has been handled across the team, with the CEO and commercial leads stitching things together. That got us far, but we need someone to own it properly. /p pYou'll sit across our commercial organization, a team of 15 spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service. You report directly to the CEO and COO, giving you the mandate and visibility to drive change across functions. Day to day, you'll be the sparring partner for Marketing on attribution and automation, for Sales on pipeline hygiene and tooling, and for Service on retention workflows and customer health. You're the connective tissue that turns three teams into one revenue engine. /p pThis is a building role, not an inherited one. You'll shape the systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up. That said, you're not starting from zero. We already run on HubSpot, n8n, Claude company‑wide, Claude Code, and MCP servers connecting our entire stack. Not just prompting, but building with it. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Revenue Systems Architecture (~50%) /h3 pYou own the tech stack that powers our go‑to‑market. /p ul liOwn HubSpot as our central 360° customer intelligence platform: pipelines, custom objects, lifecycle stages, reporting, and integrations /li liBuild and maintain a reporting infrastructure that gives real‑time visibility into pipeline health, MRR movement, and revenue metrics /li liBuild AI‑driven workflows with Claude, MCP, n8n, Lemlist and Clay: from automated enrichment and lead scoring to agentic research and reporting /li liEnsure clean data flows across the entire customer journey, from first touch to renewal /li liManage integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our stack, using MCP as the connective layer where it makes sense /li /ul h3Process Optimization (~30%) /h3 pYou design the playbooks that make teams faster. /p ul liDesign and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service /li liEliminate friction points in the customer journey. If a handoff is clunky, you fix it /li liBuild operational frameworks that work today and scale for tomorrow /li liUse Claude to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation, and help the commercial team level up their own AI workflows /li liSet up marketing automations, lead scoring, and email workflows together with our marketer /li /ul h3Stakeholder Enablement (~20%) /h3 pYou make everyone around you more effective. /p ul liNavigate competing priorities across commercial and technical stakeholders /li liTranslate complex operational requirements into clear business outcomes for leadership /li liDrive adoption of new processes and AI tools through influence and demonstrated value /li liBe the go‑to person for Marketing on campaign attribution, for Sales on pipeline hygiene, and for leadership on forecasting /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS /li liDeep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations. You don't just use HubSpot, you architect it /li liPractical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier. You've built real workflows, not just watched tutorials /li liYou've built with LLMs beyond basic prompting: Claude Projects, custom skills, MCP connections, or agentic workflows. You see AI as a multiplier and you're always looking for the next use case /li liSystems thinker: you anticipate downstream impacts and design for scalability /li liData‑fluent: comfortable in spreadsheets, APIs, and analytics platforms /li liStrong communicator who translates between technical teams and commercial leadership effortlessly /li liProactive, hands‑on, and not precious about "that's not my job."
