You will develop robust business cases, support the prioritization of initiatives based on value impact, and help establish structured processes for investment evaluation and governance. /p pYou will act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and IT leadership team (with a particular focus on the Executive Director Product Development), ensuring that technology investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value. /p pThis position is part of the Financial Planning Cost Controlling team, offering a central role in driving both technology investment decisions and overall cost transparency. /p h3About your tasks /h3 ul liAct as a strategic finance business partner to the CIO and top level Technology leadership, serving as a trusted financial co‑pilot to guide decision‑making. /li liProvide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable high‑impact, data‑driven decisions. /li liCo‑develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks. /li liLead and support the development of robust business cases for high‑impact initiatives. /li liEnsure capital is allocated to the highest value‑creating opportunities. /li liOwn technology cost and investment reporting across the function. /li liEnsure accurate, transparent, and IFRS‑compliant financial reporting. /li liMonitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul li4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role /li liStrong analytical capabilities paired with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset /li liAffinity with digital business models and/or experience in eCommerce environments /li liConfident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders across functions /li liProactive, curious, and driven to improve processes and challenge the status quo /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment /li liSolid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions /li /ul h3About your Benefits /h3 pTo best support you with your individual needs—whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills—we offer a wide range of location‑specific benefits: /p ul libTravel Allowance: /b Not all employees live close to our office.
