proven track record of owning CRM execution end-to-end at scale across multiple markets.br/liliCore CRM Skillsbrullibr/liliDeep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing: onboarding, activation, retention, win‑back, and loyalty frameworks.br/liliExpertise in behavioural segmentation, RFM modelling, and propensity-based targeting.br/liliStrong grasp of email deliverability, consent management, and data privacy best practices (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM).br/liliCommercially minded: able to tie CRM activity directly to revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV) metrics.br/li /ulbr/liliTechnical Skillsbrullibr/liliBraze (mandatory): deep, hands‑on expertise with Canvases, Segments, Content Blocks, Connected Content, Currents, and Braze APIs.br/liliProficiency in HTML/CSS for email and in‑app templates; working knowledge of SQL for audience building and performance analysis.br/liliFamiliarity with Liquid/AMPScript or similar scripting languages; experience with CDPs and data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.br/li /ulbr/liliAnalytical Mindsetbrullibr/liliStrong analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and turn data into clear, actionable CRM recommendations.br/li /ulbr/liliOrganisational Skillsbrullibr/liliExceptional planning abilities with strong attention to detail;
