Jouw rol
Als Inside Sales Representative BENELUX beheer en laat je een omvangrijke portefeuille van kleine en middelgrote zakelijke klanten groeien. Je werkt volledig remote, vanuit huis, en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten via telefoon, e-mail en digitale kanalen. Je herkent kansen, kwalificeert leads en zorgt dat de juiste klanten bij het juiste team terechtkomen.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
- Proactief beheren en laten groeien van een high-volume klantenportefeuille
- Sturen op KPI's: je monitort je eigen resultaten en onderneemt actie waar nodig
- Kwalificeren van inkomende leads en deze effectief doorzetten
- Uitvoeren van outreach-campagnes: onderhoud, reactivatie en follow-up
- Werken met CRM (CHUB), Power BI en marktdata om prioriteiten te stellen
- Gemiddeld 200+ klantgesprekken per maand voeren, ondersteund door een duidelijke belcyclus
- Signaleren van groeipotentieel en tijdig opschalen richting het Field Sales team
- Nauwkeurig vastleggen van klantinzichten en verkoopkansen
- Bijdragen aan de uitrol van BENELUX-brede en internationale initiatieven
Wat wij vragen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het beheren van grote klantportefeuilles, bij voorkeur in een B2B-omgeving
- Ervaring in een KPI-gestuurde omgeving waar je consistent resultaten neerzet
- Sterke affiniteit met CRM-systemen, dashboards en data-gedreven werken (Power BI is een pré)
- Uitstekende virtuele communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden
- Zelfstandig, proactief en ambitieus: jij neemt eigenaarschap
- Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal en de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste
- Bachelor-niveau werk- en denkniveau, richting business of marketing is een pré

Je bent klantgericht, maar verliest de commerciële kansen nooit uit het oog. Je voelt je thuis in een digitale, data-rijke werkomgeving en schakelt moeiteloos tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken met Field Sales, Customer Service en Strategic Account teams.
