Corporate Legal Counsel

We are currently supporting the search for a talented Corporate Counsel to join a leading international, publicly listed organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on:

• Corporate governance and corporate law matters
• Board and shareholder support activities
• Regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives
• Entity management and corporate housekeeping
• Governance framework development and process improvement
• Legal risk assessment and mitigation

What we're looking for:

• Law degree with 4+ years of experience in Dutch corporate law and corporate governance
• Experience within an international or cross-border environment is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Business-oriented and pragmatic approach to legal advice
• Fluent English
