You are a consulting professional with Business IT services experience and together with your team of +/- 15 colleagues you make the difference in assignments for your customer. In addition to your own billable assignment (roughly 50% of your time), you fulfill a multifaceted role covering business development, employee (partner) management and service delivery to our clients. Prime responsibilities will be driving innovation and growth, and mentoring and developing a high-performing team. You see opportunities and know how to deliver value to your clients, by leveraging the best of CGI’s broad and international portfolio of services, proprietary solutions and external partnerships with leading technology providers. You drive continuous improvement in your team; involving them in the development of new services for your customers, recruitment of new talent, and professional growth. Together with your Vice President Consulting Services (whom you report to) and the DCS colleagues within the unit, you contribute to the growth of the unit and of the Banking sector. /p h3How you strengthen our team /h3 ul liA completed HBO or WO education; /li liAt least 8 years’ work experience in business development and delivery positions in business and IT solutions; /li liDeep understanding of one or more specific banking domains is essential (eg.
