In this role, you will oversee financial activities at our brand-new site, work closely with Site Managers and international stakeholders across multiple countries, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. /p h3What's In It For You /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus. /li liHybrid working model: 2 days minimum at the office. /li liAccess to GXO University for personal and professional development. /li liA dynamic, international work environment with growth opportunities. /li /ul h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liActing as a finance business partner, advising site leadership and managers on financial and controlling matters while collaborating with cross-functional international teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes. /li liSupporting project management activities, including tracking project spend against budget, monitoring cost performance, and assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new project requirements. /li liLeading month-end and year-end closing procedures, managing the full PL, and overseeing local accounting functions. /li liLeading the budgeting process as well as weekly and monthly forecasting, taking corrective actions when required. /li liDeveloping and maintaining robust internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. /li liCreating sales invoices for completed services and discussing them with site managers and customers. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring To GXO /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field. /li liStrong experience in business controlling. /li liExperience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liFluency in English, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liExperience within a 3PL or logistics environment would be considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Your work environment /h3 pWorking at GXO Logistics means being part of a dynamic and international organization where no two days are the same.
