You are responsible for both the marketing and communications strategy as well as the execution of campaigns and activities within the domain. You develop marketing plans, align them with the business, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful implementation. In doing so, you contribute to strengthening Highberg PO’s position in the market. You take a genuine interest in our business and understand the work of our consultants. This enables you to identify the marketing activities needed to achieve our objectives and makes you a valuable sparring partner for the business. /ppSpecifically, you will: /pulliDevelop, oversee, and translate the marketing and communications strategy into actionable marketing plans and campaigns. /liliWork closely with partners and consultants, supporting and relieving them of marketing-related tasks. /liliManage and coordinate the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring clear priorities, deadlines, and an effective content mix while aligning with stakeholders. /liliTurn expertise into marketable propositions by translating consultants’ ideas into compelling content and campaigns for the right target audiences and channels. /liliInitiate, organize, coordinate, and execute end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. /liliIncrease the visibility of our People Organization expertise on LinkedIn and other relevant channels by driving reach, engagement, and performance. /liliWork daily with tools such as HubSpot, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or Google Ads. /liliBe part of a driven and enthusiastic marketing team where strategy and execution go hand in hand. /li /ulWho are you?ulliYou are a team player, proactive, and able to switch effortlessly between strategy and execution. /liliYou are curious about new developments in marketing and communications, open to feedback, and use it to continuously improve yourself and your work.
