This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about leveraging automation to elevate the efficiency and quality of both our RD and manufacturing landscapes.br/em /strongstrongYour Key Responsibilities Will Includebr/strongulliStrategic Automation Leadership: Formulate and implement strategies and tactics to enhance automation performance across the board. /liliRD and Manufacturing Automation: Spearhead automation initiatives within research and development, as well as manufacturing processes, to boost throughput and precision. /liliAutoMATR System Management: From design and integration to maintenance, ensure the AutoMATR systems operate seamlessly and effectively. /liliDocumentation and Data Integrity: Uphold meticulous documentation practices and guarantee the accuracy and integrity of automation-generated data.br/li /ulstrongTo Fulfill These Responsibilities, You Willbr/strongulliDevelop and optimize automation assays for MAT Research products, including ELISA.
