Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is our first 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam Oost. Within a year and 3 months of opening, the hotel has already won several awards and achieved a number 1 listing on TripAdvisor, leaving behind more than 400 other hotels in the Dutch capital.

What are you going to do?

Imagine: a café brasserie with a big green terrace that flows into the lively Oosterpark. Hotel guests as well as residents of Amsterdam have lively conversations, while the elegant interior and music subtly contribute to the atmosphere.

Together with your team you give genuine attention to the guest. You serve pure dishes for lunch and dinner which are inspired by the French and Italian cuisine, but everyone is also more than welcome for a drink, where the cocktails have the ambition to become real signature drinks.
