The backbone of our services are buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence services. In addition, we have experts advising companies on Commercial, Operational and HR matters and Tax services. We work for both private equity and mid-sized corporates, where we can make a real difference with our pragmatic approach, ‘analysis – advise – execute’ and experienced entrepreneurial professionals. In addition to Transactions, we provide Turnaround and Transformation services to clients with our team at FTI Consulting in the Netherlands. /p pOur Amsterdam office has a very entrepreneurial and hands‑on culture, as we originated from acquiring BOLD, a Dutch-based boutique consultancy. Then we are looking for you! /p p#LI-AC1 #LI-Hybrid /p h3bWhat you’ll do /b /h3 ul liAnalysis of the financial performance (past and future) of an acquisition target /li liUnderstanding the business model and key value drivers of a company /li liIdentification of deal drivers, SPA price adjustments, and deal breakers /li liDirect communication with the clients on key issues relating to the financial due diligence services /li liOverall responsibility for delivery of due diligence projects (with support from (Senior) Managing Director) or responsibility for standalone divisions/sections on larger due diligence projects /li liSupervision and mentoring of Managers and Associates, taking full responsibility for their output and playing an important role in their development /li liParticipate in business development, such as preparation of pitch documents and client account management /li liEffective communication with senior members of the team and clients /li liProactive development of internal and external relationships /li /ul h3bHow you’ll grow /b /h3 pWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and have developed various programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
