Then start now as an Assistant Controller within Investment Accounting Reporting Solutions. /ppstrongWhat are going to be your main responsibilities? /strong /pulliYou are responsible for the periodic review and reporting of activities related to the financial administration of real estate investments in the Netherlands; /liliYour reports are an important building block for the creation of the fund reports that are prepared for clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. A variance analysis is always part of that report. During the reporting period, you work closely together with the fund controller; /liliYou keep up to date with the commercial developments in your real estate portfolio (redevelopments, contracts, etc.). In this process you will require a lot of information from asset management; /liliYou are involved in the year-end accounting process and coordinate the audit; /liliYou contribute to the purchase and sale process of real estate investments through financial information; /liliYou regularly liaise with the investment controllers of our clients regarding the real estate investments and ensure timely follow-up and handling of financially related questions; /liliYou are the point of contact for external parties such as property managers, appraisers, accountants and tax advisors; /liliYou are the coordinator in the reporting process and responsible for planning.
