Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you are responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of complex technical products while actively supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include:

-Assembling, integrating, and qualifying high-tech products in accordance with established assembly procedures and quality standards.

-Ensuring production targets and shift milestones are achieved while supporting effective shift handovers.

-Managing materials and components throughout the production process, including requesting, receiving, inspecting, storing, and preparing them for assembly.

-Supporting the implementation of new products and production processes by following test protocols and operational procedures.

-Monitoring production activities and proactively contributing to planning, prioritization, and workflow optimization.

-Maintaining full compliance with safety standards and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

-Identifying improvement opportunities and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

-Accurately documenting material movements, product status, shift transfers, and recurring production issues.

-Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues while contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team culture.

Education

-MBO Level 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

-Preferably 2+ years of experience within ASML and 4+ years of technical experience in precision assembly.

-Motivated and technically driven candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
