You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, normal hours, no shifts. /pbrpYou take ownership of the wider operation during your shift — coordinating Team Leaders, managing performance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly end‑to‑end. You balance people leadership with operational focus, driving KPIs, removing bottlenecks, and keeping the bigger picture in view. You will work 40 hours per week, in two shifts – 6am – 3pm / 3pm – midnight, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in two. /pbrpYou’re at the heart of the operation — coaching and supporting your team day‑to‑day.
