ppStep into the role of SHE Operational Risk Coördinator and make an impact! In this dynamic position, you will combine safety management with operational support, directly contributing to a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment. You will develop and monitor SHE programs that meet both legal requirements and business objectives. This includes conducting Risk Inventories (RIE) and Task Risk Analyses (TRA), organizing SHE audits and safety walks, and implementing continuous improvements. /p ul liYou will play a key role in promoting safety awareness by organizing SHE training sessions, campaigns, and workshops, ensuring that safety becomes a fundamental part of our organizational culture. /li liAdditionally, you will lead the First Aid organization, create emergency plans, and ensure that all first aiders are well-trained and prepared. /li liYou will carry out environmental management activities such as monitoring energy consumption, reducing waste streams, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
