Een goede match tussen IT-professional en opdrachtgever ontstaat niet vanzelf. Iemand moet eerst het gesprek starten: de telefoon pakken, een organisatie interesseren, een deur op een kier zetten zodat een Client & Talent Consultant er straks doorheen kan lopen. Zonder die eerste stap staat de rest van het salesproces stil.
Wie is Linden-IT?
Linden-IT is in 2016 opgericht met één overtuiging: organisaties hebben IT-kennis nodig om te groeien, en IT-professionals hebben de juiste omgeving nodig om zich te ontwikkelen. Jouw rol
Als Sales Development Consultant ben jij de schakel die het salesproces in gang zet. Je benadert potentiële klanten, legt het eerste contact en plant afspraken in voor de Cliënt & Talent Consultants. Tegelijk houd je zicht op onze IT-professionals en de vragen van opdrachtgevers, zodat je actief meedenkt over welke match kan ontstaan. Bewijs je jezelf in deze rol, dan staat de stap naar Business Developer of Client & Talent Consultant voor je open, een aantal van onze collega's in die rollen zijn precies zo begonnen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Potentiële klanten benaderen en afspraken genereren voor de accountmanagers
- Telefonisch en online contact onderhouden met organisaties die interesse hebben in onze dienstverlening
- IT-professionals matchen aan klantvragen en meewerken aan nieuwe aanvragen en opdrachten
- Het CRM en de klantgegevens actueel en op orde houden
- Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over hoe we die verzilveren
- Ondersteunen bij activiteiten binnen sales, marketing en recruitment

- Vloeiend Nederlands, goede beheersing van Engels
