What are you going to do:
Are you eager to start your career in the gaming industry and to start a new adventure abroad? Begin your journey as a German-speaking Customer Service agent for a world’s leading online poker platform, with an exciting opportunity to work in Malta! This company has over 500 employees across Canada, the Philippines, Ireland, Germany, and Korea.
As a German Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Assist customers with their account-related inquiries and complaints
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Document customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Their office is located in one of Malta’s beautiful bays, close to the capital, in a vibrant area filled with shops, bars, and restaurants where you will enjoy your free time. The company will help you with relocation by covering flight costs and providing accommodation in a hotel for the first 2 weeks, giving you time to settle in and find your own place.

What we offer:

- A gross salary between 2600 and 3000 euros per month;

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken;
- You like helping people and you are efficient in stressful situation;
- A previous experience in the same field is an advantage but not mandatory!
