ph3About us /h3pThe Kingfish Company operates Kingfish-Zeeland, a recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) farm near Kats producing yellowtail kingfish. Reliable maintenance of our life-support systems — biofilters, filtration, oxygenation, UV, pumps — is critical to fish health, water quality, and continuous production. /ph3Job purpose /h3pThe CMMS Planner plans, coordinates, maintains, and develops preventive and corrective maintenance processes using our CMMS platform, Fiix, serving the Hatchery, Production, Processing, and Facilities departments. You keep asset data, PM schedules, and work orders accurate and up to date, minimizing downtime on critical systems. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain the CMMS (Fiix): assets, PM schedules, checklists, and work orders across Hatchery, Production, Processing, and Facilities. /liliBuild and monitor preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment (pumps, blowers, biofilters, drum filters, UV units, oxygen systems, PLC/SCADA-linked assets). /liliSchedule and prioritize work orders with technicians and each client department, weighing impact on water quality and fish health. /liliIssue work orders to technicians based on their skill level and availability, ensuring efficient and effective execution. /liliMonitor time‑to‑complete on work orders to identify trends and improve future planning and execution. /liliAnalyse maintenance data (failure history, MTBF/MTTR, costs) and report on performance and improvements. /liliCoordinate spare parts stock levels and reorder points with procurement. /liliMaintain accurate maintenance records (asset history, warranties, inspections). /liliSupport compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and HS regulations (RVO, NVWA, Arbo). /liliIdentify reliability improvements (RCM/FMEA-type approach) and support Fiix training for colleagues. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pbEducation: /b MBO level 3, with a keen sense to develop and grow /ppbExperience: /b Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning in a similar or related environment /ph3Other /h3ulliExperience with a CMMS system (Fiix a plus). /liliAffinity with technical/process installations in a wet environment. /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. /liliComfortable working across multiple internal client departments. /liliFluent in Dutch and English. /liliOccasional availability outside office hours for critical failures. /li /ulh3What do we offer? /h3ulliMarket conform salary /liliPension Plan, travel allowance /liliAn amazing opportunity to work at a high tech aquaculture facility, arole at the forefront of sustainable aquaculture, with the chance to shape maintenance systems and processes /liliHousing possibilities close to Kingfish Zeeland for a maximum of 3 months. /liliThe most amazing and awesome colleagues! /li /ulh3The Kingfish Company /h3pThe Kingfish Company is a pioneer and leader in sustainable land‑based aquaculture.
