We're passionate about the real estate industry and the technology that fuels it, and we're excited about the future as we continue to grow together. /p h3About the role: /h3 pWe are looking for a Netherlands based Senior Project Manager with experience in managing multiple ERP (D365 FO) implementation projects within a strategic program or overseeing very large individual ERP implementations. /p pThe ideal candidate should be adept at handling multiple concurrent projects, teams, and vendors, and possess the skills to drive the strategic direction of these projects. /p h3What you will be responsible for: /h3 ul lipParticipate in pre-sales activities and in collaboration with solution architects provide budgets and high-level plans for pipeline projects. /p /li /ul ul lipInitiate and independently drive projects end-to-end. /p /li lipManagement of the project team(s). /p /li lipDeveloping and maintaining a good relationship with the respective clients. /p /li lipEnd-to-End management and coordination of the project and responsibility for the successful completion of the project. /p /li lipArrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team. /p /li lipSolve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time. /p /li lipDesign schedule for the project, and set time line for each member of the team and delegate specific task to each members of the project. /p /li lipResponsible for the timely completion and within the stipulated budget as well as providing monthly financial reports to the Yavica management team. /p /li lipPredict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful completion of the project. /p /li lipFrequently reporting about the project to the clients on exactly about the progress of project, if it is laid down in the proposal. /p /li /ul h3You might be a great fit if you: /h3 ul lipCan work independently, assume full responsibility for own projects and risks, and elevate issues appropriately when needed. /p /li lipHave experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementation or other big ERP solutions. /p /li lipHave strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management. /p /li lipHave great communications and inter-personal skills. /p /li lipDemonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts. /p /li lipPossess exceptional relationship-building skills /p /li lipHave willingness to learn new technologies and investigate complex problems. /p /li lipAre experienced with working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to keep a high level of quality in work and a positive mindset. /p /li lipExperience of working independently and taking responsibility for the clients and issues raised. /p /li lipEnjoy working in a multicultural environment with colleagues from around the world. /p /li lipBy nature, are a curious person that likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with the possibility to build new skills and apply them in everyday work with the benefit for you and the team around you. /p /li lipHave the ability to work across multiple time zones primarily within Europe. /p /li /ul pExcellent communication skills in English is a requirement. /p h3Do you share our core values? /h3 pWe believe that our values define who we are and how we work.
