What you’ll do

As a Marketing Intern at Adsomnia, you will work closely with our team to bring the company's LinkedIn presence and internal branding to life. You will be involved from the ground up, working directly across departments to gain broad exposure to how a growing tech company builds its employer brand — from content creation to coordinating merch and events. This internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience across content, branding, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your responsibilities as our Marketing Intern:

• Content Creation: Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts — company updates, culture content, hiring announcements, employee spotlights — based on provided briefs and brand guidelines.

• Design & Branding Coordination: Act as the go-to point between internal teams and our designer, briefing in requests for branded materials and merch, and following up until delivery.

• Event Support : Help prepare materials, merch, signage, and invites for internal or company events, and support on-site coordination where needed.

• Employer Brand Research : Gather insights on how competitors and peer companies present themselves on LinkedIn and as employers, and translate findings into practical suggestions for our own content.

• Internal Collaboration: Work across the organization to bring internal requests to life, from an onboarding welcome card to event swag.

• Learning and Development : Build a strong foundation in employer branding, corporate content, and cross-team project coordination.

Internship requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program (Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field);

• Strong interest in employer branding, corporate communications, or B2B/LinkedIn content;

• Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for tone, consistency, and quality;

• Proactive mindset — comfortable following up and keeping things on track without being asked twice;

• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking; Dutch is a plus.
