Working at the heart of the music industry with more than 800 clients, including Riot Games, Hospital Records, Epitaph, and Beggars Group, FUGA is the world's leading full-service B2B music distributor. /ppFUGA works at the forefront of music distribution technology, connecting its clients with digital service providers like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music while helping them get the most from their music, whether that's with award-nominated label services, industry-leading revenue accounting, or using FUGA's suite of best-in-class products. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pAs a Full Stack Engineer for FUGA, you will be responsible for developing, prototyping, and conceptualizing the current and future frontend architecture that powers the FUGA distribution platform. /ppYour responsibilities will also extend to the improvement of the development process in collaboration with other stakeholders, creating clear user experience journeys, and ensuring that the platform scales according to our growth. You will be working closely with other senior engineers at FUGA whilst shaping the direction of the stack, collaborating on a larger scale re-architecture of the platform. /ph3REQUIREMENTS /h3h3TECH /h3ulliProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React (expert level). /liliSolid knowledge of full stack development, with a strong frontend orientation. /liliUnderstanding of optimizing production builds for performance, scalability, and maintainability /liliExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions preferred). /liliUnderstanding of API development and maintenance, with proven experience in Node.js or/and other backend languages. /liliSome level of experience with Redis, including caching and distributed session management. /liliStrong capability to address complex engineering topics like architecture and observability. /liliStrong foundation in software development principles, including design patterns and testing strategies (unit and integration testing). /liliExcellent communication with designers and product teams to translate business goals into effective technical solutions /liliInterest in music technology or related fields. /li /ulh3SOFT /h3ulliStrategic Thinking: Understanding how technology aligns with business objectives and contributing to the technical strategy of the organisation. /liliDecision Making: Make informed decisions about integrating existing libraries or packages versus building from scratch, focusing on long-term maintainability and efficiency. /liliMentorship and Coaching: Guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge and best practices. /liliInfluence and Leadership: Leading teams, driving initiatives, and influencing technical decisions across the organisation. /liliProblem Ownership: Taking responsibility for identifying, solving, and preventing complex technical issues. /liliAgile and Process Improvement: Leading agile practices, process improvements, and advocating for the adoption of best practices. /liliConflict Resolution: Handling disagreements and conflicts within teams or across departments in a constructive and collaborative manner. /liliPresentation Skills: Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliContinuous Learning and Innovation: Staying updated with industry trends, exploring new tools and technologies, and encouraging a culture of innovation. /liliRisk Management: Assess and address potential risks related to code changes and refactoring, keeping in mind the company's current QA process. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
