Customer Care Representative - Service & Repair - French and English Speaker

Medtronic seeks a Customer Care Representative for its new Service & Repair organization in Heerlen. The role involves managing service requests, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving customer issues in a regulated medical device environment. Bilingual French-English proficiency and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout service and repair processes
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with service engineers, repair centers, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Handle customer escalations and complaints with timely resolution
• Support quality and compliance requirements in medical device environment

Requirements

• High school diploma with 2+ years customer service or operations experience
• Professional fluency in English and French, written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Experience working within established operational processes and procedures
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce (preferred)
• Background supporting customers in healthcare or regulated industries (preferred)

Compensation: €35,680–€53,520 base
