Independent sales agent, distributor

Your profile

Established Network: You already have strong connections within the Belgian, Finish, French, Netherlands, Polish and UK hardware, DIY, and building materials market. 

Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales channels, local trends, and customer needs in your country.

Proven Sales Success: A consistent record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

Customer-Centric: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Mobile & Flexible: Willing to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad for training or trade fairs.

Team Spirit: Able to collaborate with international colleagues in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Activities

Sales Growth: Accelerate sales of our power and hand tools by regularly visiting both existing and new retail hardware stores and distribution partners, ensuring strong market coverage and business expansion.

Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with all clients, helping them maximize profitability.

Market Development: Execute effective sales strategies to strengthen and expand our presence in the Belgian market.

Market Insights : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations using the extensive range of samples provided, ensuring clients clearly see the value and quality of our tools.
