Dutch speaking Digital Sales Specialist in Barcelona w/Relocation bonus

Are you passionate about sales and digital marketing ? We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join our international team in sunny Barcelona . This role is all about helping small and medium businesses succeed online with the power of Google Ads and digital campaigns .

A relocation bonus is included to support candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid work options available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing SMB clients via phone and email to understand their business needs.

• Advise customers on how to grow with Google Ads and online advertising solutions .

• Identify sales opportunities, from acquiring new advertisers to upselling existing accounts.

• Use client data to create tailored recommendations that drive real results.

• Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.

• Work with tools like Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and track performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dutch (C1+) and strong English skills (B2 minimum).

• At least 6 months’ experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a strong plus).

• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.

• Comfortable working with sales tools and digital advertising platforms.
