All you have to do, is Bring It. /ppAsb Commercial Finance Lead /b, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth for KFC Netherlands by leading commercial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, while acting as a strategic finance business partner to Marketing, Leadership and Franchise Partners. /ppYour scope will focus primarily on the KFC Netherlands restaurants. /ppbThis position will be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. /b /ppbStart date: /b1st of January 2027 /ppbMake a Difference With Your Role's Responsibilities: /b /pullibCommercial Planning, Forecasting Strategy - 25%: /b Own sales forecasts and lead the 3-Year Growth Plan, Annual Operating Plan and periodic forecasts. /lilibSales Performance Unit Economics - 15%: /bAnalyse sales performance and unit economics to identify growth, margin and cost opportunities. /lilibFranchisee Performance Business Partnering - 15%: /bPartner with Franchisees through regular reviews on sales, unit economics and profitability. /lilibCommercial Decision Support - 20%: /b Build business cases and financial models to support pricing, promotions and investments. /lilibTeam Leadership - 15%: /bLead, coach and develop a Commercial Finance team. /lilibTools, Processes Continuous Improvement - 10%: /b Simplify forecasting, reporting and analytics tools with BI/Data and regional finance teams. /li /ulpbBring your best self with your top-noch experience and skillset: /b /pulliAround 6 to 8 years’ experience in commercial finance, planning or business analysis, ideally within QSR, retail or another multi-site environment. /liliStrong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of unit economics and the drivers of profitable growth. /liliProven cross-functional business partnering experience, including pricing, promotions, growth strategy and stakeholder management. /liliAdvanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and propose solutions. /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or similar BI tools are preferred.
