Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic office in Amsterdam. You will become a vital member of a diverse and motivated team of over 170 professionals in Amsterdam. In collaboration with 270 colleagues from more than 35 nationalities, we are driven by the ambition to establish Europe's premier fast-charging network. You will provide dedicated administrative support and calendar management to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and other Board Members or Directors in the Executive Team.
Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem! As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything important about electric mobility and fast-charging infrastructure. What does your role look like
In this role, you will be the right hand of the CFO, COO, and other board members and assist them in organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing emails. You will also gather documents to prepare for meetings, prepare communication, and respond to key stakeholders where needed. The role requires a lot of flexibility in what needs to be done and you will get the opportunity to work with every single discipline that makes Fastned what it is!
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive/director’s behalf
- Performing minor accounting duties, such as processing expenses
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling and attending to the logistics of meetings
- Managing their calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing topics
- Keeping the CFO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and handling the information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining records and documentation, collecting necessary information to support decision-making
- Making travel arrangements for the CFO and other team members
- Scheduling training, outings, and other team events in the Network Development team
- Supporting other departments or Executives as needed
- Other additional and/or alternative tasks as assigned from time to time, such as conducting interviews or preparing templates
Who we are looking for

- Previous experience as an executive assistant
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are rigorous, organized, and reliable and have an eye for detail
- You demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and flexibility to deal with any unforeseen events that may arise every day
- You master GSuite (Google)
- You are communicative, have a positive mindset, and bring good vibes
- You speak English on a business level and preferably are fluent in Dutch
