Senior SAP SF Test Coordinator (ID: 4005)

As a Senior SAP SF Test Coordinator, you will:

• Develop comprehensive test activity plans, including scope, timelines, roles, responsibilities, test scenarios, and Go/No-Go criteria.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing, UAT, integration testing, and regression testing for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Define and document test scenarios covering Core HR, Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management, Payroll integrations, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Validate end-to-end HR processes and integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/local systems, payroll, time management, and downstream applications.
• Ensure Belgium-specific HR, payroll, tax, compliance, and SAP localisation requirements are adequately covered during testing.
• Perform employee master data validation, migration verification, interface reconciliation, and reporting consistency checks.
• Coordinate testing activities across business users, process owners, technical and integration teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor test progress, defects, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status reports and proactive escalation.
• Support Go-Live readiness and Go/No-Go decision-making by providing clear testing status, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive testing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of overall experience in Software Testing, Test Coordination, or Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC).
• Experience in integrated SAP HR / SuccessFactors landscapes.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across Core HR and Soft HR, including Position Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Time Management, Payroll, Reporting, and Analytics.
• Proven experience in end-to-end business process testing, UAT, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, migration verification, and interface testing.
• Mandatory experience with Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
• Experience testing payroll, HR integrations, local systems, and downstream applications.
• Strong understanding of Belgian HR, payroll, tax, compliance, and SAP localisation requirements is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Plan and coordinate complex testing activities across multiple HR domains and stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios.
• Lead UAT and integration testing while ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are maintained.
• Validate data, interfaces, integrations, reports, and end-to-end HR processes.
• Track defects, risks, dependencies, and testing progress using appropriate tools and processes.
• Coordinate effectively with business users, SAP teams, integration teams, technical teams, and vendors.
• Provide accurate testing status and risk information to support Go/No-Go and Go-Live decisions.
• Work effectively in complex, integrated enterprise HR environments.
