Financial Administrative Assistant

For an informal and fast-growing company based in Den Bosch, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant who takes initiative, has a hands-on mentality, and works with precision.

The company's services include the design and manufacturing of industrial motherboards, expansion cards, industrial computers, and edge computing solutions. It also develops platforms for AI applications, with a strong focus on reliability, innovation, and customization.

Function

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying financial data. Your tasks will include independently recording purchase, sales, and expense invoices, maintaining bank and cash transactions, and preparing accounts receivable and payable reports. You will also assist with VAT returns, financial reporting, and preparing financial statements.

Do your colleagues have questions about accounts payable or accounts receivable? You’ll be there to provide clear answers and ensure everything is well-organized and up to date.

You will have a high degree of independence in your role, but you certainly won’t be on your own. You will work closely with your immediate colleagues and receive one-on-one guidance during your onboarding period.

English is the main working language, but we do consider it important that you have at least a basic understanding of Dutch and are able to speak it at a basic level.

Job Requirements

What do you bring to the role?

• You have an MBO+ level qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or SPD1 (or an equivalent qualification);
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a finance department within a Dutch organization;
• You have a good command of English; Dutch is a plus;
• You have experience working with Excel and preferably AccountView.
