Start YOUR career with DHL today… /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe purpose of this role is to plan, manage and execute the deployment of tools, technology, data and AI commercial initiatives globally, with a 2026 focus on STELLAR. STELLAR will replace all Express Global Sales Solutions with a state‑of‑the‑art CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics 365, while leveraging digital opportunities and transforming our sales processes in line with the new way of selling (SLNB). In 2027 and onwards, this role is responsible for the roll‑out, implementation, adoption, change management, communications and enablement of Commercial Tools, Technology and Data – the purpose of this role is to empower every user in DHL Express with the skills and value that technology can provide, enabling our sales force to truly become trusted advisors to our customers. /p h3How will you contribute to the success of DHL? /h3 ul liCreate overall Global Rollout Planning and execution, coordinating and aligning with all teams (BIT, ITS, Regions, etc.) /li liOrganize deployment activities, structure and staffing in accordance with the Rollout objectives /li liDesign and maintain Deployment toolkit based on input from all workstreams (Change, Training, Communication, Sales BI, Data Transformation, Pricing, IT, Capabilities etc.) /li liGuide and direct country/Regional team to analyze readiness based on deployment toolkit /li liDefine and continuously improve approach to onboard Regional/Country deployment Teams so they can independently start deploying to their respective Region / country /li liCoordinate the deployment with regional and country sales teams and other key stakeholders (BIT, ITS, Suppliers, etc.). /li liOrganize and lead discovery sessions for complex country deployments together with regional team /li liJointly lead complex countries deployment together with regional team /li liLead the deployment roadmap planning in alignment with stakeholders /li liDirect Regions and countries in tracking benefits of the deployed technology or tools post deployment /li liAct as a bridge between global team and country / region teams for deployment activities /li liCoordinate and work closely with MSD365 Center of Excellence on roadmap planning, preparation, RTP (country deployment related) and hypercare activities /li liMonitor and report on deployment progress (incl. risks, exceptions, readiness, etc.) /li liResolve escalated issues, analyze and manage Deployment risks. /li /ul h3Stakeholders /h3 ul liEVP, Global Head of Commercial /li liCommercial and IT ExCom /li liGlobal STELLAR Team /li liGlobal Sales and Commercial Team, in particular Global Commercial Operations /li liGlobal Sales Development, Global Sales Training and Global Pricing /li liRegional Head of Sales, Regional Sales Quattro (Sales Dev, Sales Training, Commercial/Sales Operations, Marketing) and Regional Pricing /li liCountry Commercial/Sales Director and Country Commercial/Sales Team /li liGlobal Regional BIT /li liGlobal ITS /li liCenter of Excellence MSD365 /li /ul h3Management Responsibility /h3 ul liThe position will be responsible for Global Deployments (178 countries, 8,500 users) and coordinate with all stakeholders (ITS, Business, Suppliers/Microsoft, Business IT) /li liThe position is in charge of Global Roll Out Strategy and ensure the resourcing required to execute the strategy, work with and coordinate Global Suppliers and external vendors. /li liThe position will steer all Regional Deployment teams in their planning, organization, empowerment and execution of their regional deployment efforts. /li /ul h3Do you have what it takes? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or master's degree in Commercial or Computer Science, or another related field. /li li10-15 years proven experience in a Sales/Commercial environment, with 5-year Global Sales/Commercial experience and/or 5-10 years Regional Sales/Commercial experience. /li li10-15+ years proven experience in rolling out programs to Regions/Countries in a multicultural environment. /li li5-10 years proven experience in CRM space. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills required up to ExCom GMB member level. /li liGood knowledge of Global Sales Processes. Cross-functional process knowledge (pricing, finance, etc.) considered as additional asset. /li liGood knowledge of Sales Tools, mainly STELLAR, COMET, COMET App, OMS, GO!, and GCPT. /li liProven experience in project management with focus on delivering iterative enhancements. /li liGood knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs. /li liExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. /li liPositive attitude and deadline driven. /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience in Microsoft suite (MS Teams, MS Power Apps, MS Office, MS Power BI, MS Azure). /li liFlexible approach to work. /li liProactive attitude. /li liStrong ability to impact and influence. /li liStrong business/commercial acumen. /li liStrong achievement drive. /li liExperience with project Mgt tools (ADO). /li liProficient in English.
