Our products are used by printing and packaging companies that strive for the highest quality and efficiency. /p pThe Customer Support Service Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role within the Service Support Department at AV Flexologic. This position supports the team with internal engineering expertise, ensures efficient coordination and handling of service tickets, contributes to warranty reduction efforts by gathering data, analyzing field performance and providing structured feedback to improve machine reliability and customer satisfaction. /p pThis is a hybrid position combining internal responsibilities with occasional travel (approximately 30%) to support on-site service, training and customer engagement activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Warranty Reduction Performance Improvement: /h3 ul liDrive initiatives aimed at reducing warranty cases and increasing field success rates. /li liCollect and analyze feedback from field engineers to identify root causes of common issues. /li liCollaborate with RD, Production and Engineering to implement improvements. /li liPresent insights and data to stakeholders to support product and process enhancements. /li liCoordinate and renew AV Flexologic Care Plans, ensuring continued customer satisfaction. /li liIdentify new revenue opportunities based on customer behavior, equipment usage and lifecyclee stage. /li liActively promote and sell: /li liSpare parts kits /li liUpgrade packages /li liService contracts /li liProvide feedback on market needs and customer trends to help refine offerings. /li liPerform commercial and technical analysis of customer requirements and service package performance. /li /ul h3Support Ticket Coordination: /h3 ul liOversee and manage incoming support tickets usings the company’s ticketing system. /li liEnsure timely, accurate and customer-focused responses and resolutions. /li liCoordinate with field engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality support. /li /ul h3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): /h3 ul liRevenue from AV Flexologic Care plans /li liSpare parts kits and upgrade packages sold /li liNumber of package deals closed /li liNumber of open vs. resolved tickets /li /ul h3Key Attributes Qualifications: /h3 ul liHBO/WO level education (technical or commercial engineering background preferred) /li li1-2 years of experience in a customer support, service engineering or technical sales role /li liStrong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus /li liProficient with Microsoft Office, experience with ERP/CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage /li liAnalytical and structured thinker with an affinity for data and performance tracking /li liCustomer-oriented, commercially minded and technically curious /li liTeam player with a proactive, hands-on attitude and strong organizational skills /li liWilling to travel (± 30%) for customer visits, training or trade events. /li /ul pVisit our website for more details on AV Flexologic: /p pFor questions about the position, you can contact Suzanne de Jongh Swemer (HR Manager) via /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
