Join EY and help to build a better working world. /p h3The opportunity /h3 pThe EY Parthenon (EY-P) Executive is responsible for working with senior leadership (SSL, Competencies, Area and EY Parthenon Solutions) in developing and implementing the global strategic priorities. /p pTechnology Innovation is a strategic priority for EY-P to help us better provide services to our Clients as well as disrupt our own ways of working in driving better insights, collaboration and improved ways of working. Data is a key building block towards supporting innovation and supports /p ul liProviding better insights to Clients /li liAbility to create our own IP and data assets from the thousands of Client engagements we support every year /li /ul pAn exciting role exists to enhance your development and broaden your experience as part of the EY-P Global Innovation Team. You will work with the EY-P Global Innovation Leader and the firm Data Office to support and implement our EY-P Data agenda. The opportunity is for an experienced Director who wants to: /p ul liDevelop, lead and implement our EY-P data strategy on how data can be harnessed to support our EY-P services /li liLeverage his or her technology skillset as well as market knowledge of how data is disrupting MA and consulting services /li liLead procurement processes and vendor negotiations and governance /li liWork with the business to define data assets into our core EY-P Platforms /li liSupport and enhance our Global Technology toolkit for EY-P practitioners /li /ul h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 pThis individual will be involved with all aspects to drive and lead the EY-P Data Agenda: /p ul liWorking with the firm Data Office and Regional Member Firms to implement the ‘Client consent clause’ into engagement agreement standard TCs – that will enable the ability to build data assets from Client engagements /li liManaging and governing the data demand, budget, procurement and selection of data vendors in line with the Global EY-P Data Strategy and to enable our new Global Platform, Strategy Edge. /li liResearching new data and software providers to identify new and alternative data/solutions that can best meet our EY-P business needs /li liManage the build of EY Data assets and IP and deploying these through our OneEdge Solutions. /li liWork with QRM, Independence, PIA and General counsel to challenge and approve data re-use and new ways of consuming data. /li /ul h3Skills And Attributes For Success /h3 ul liStrong technology capabilities that can be applied in a business context /li liStrong relationship stakeholder development skills – a team player in all senses /li liAbility to assimilate complex information and relay to audiences of all levels of understanding /li liStrong communication, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership /li liGood understanding of EY and EY-P services, as well as the benefits that data can provide /li liSelf-starter; able to work independently, take initiative, work under pressure and deal with ambiguity /li liWillingness to learn and adapt /li liCultural sensitivity and global mindset /li /ul h3To qualify for the role you must have /h3 ul liWorked in a technical capacity in EY-P for a minimum of 5 years with exposure of multiple service offerings /li liDemonstrated high performance for the last 3 years /li liFlexibility around hours and some international travel and / or calls across multiple time zones. /li /ul h3Ideally, you’ll also have /h3 ul liExperience of working internationally /li liExperience of leveraging data in providing engagement services /li liExperience across multiple Connected Capital Solutions /li /ul pThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization. /p h3What We Offer You (Canada) /h3 pWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $168,400 to $384,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $202,000 to $437,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. /li liJoin us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. /li liUnder our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
