  Your role at the Regency as a Front Office & Regency Club Lounge Host

As a Front Office & Regency Club Lounge Host, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering personalized and memorable experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. You will provide exceptional service at the Front Desk and within the exclusive Regency Club Lounge, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go above and beyond to create outstanding arrival and departure experiences for all guests.

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while answering guest inquiries and confidently promoting the hotel's facilities, services, and experiences.

• Welcome Regency Club guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating a premium and personalized experience.

• Provide tailored recommendations and assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements throughout their stay.

• Monitor lounge access and ensure only eligible guests enter the Regency Club Lounge.

• Set up, replenish, and maintain food and beverage presentations throughout service periods while ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance within all lounge areas, conducting regular quality checks on food, beverages, and amenities.

• Act as a true host by seamlessly taking on a variety of responsibilities, including those of a receptionist, concierge, luggage porter, and guest relations ambassador.

• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction while keeping supervisors informed when appropriate.

• Communicate guest feedback and operational concerns to management to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other hotel teams to deliver exceptional and seamless guest experiences.

Your experience

· Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Front Office department, ideally within a luxury hotel;

· You do not hold back from all front office related administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities.

· Good English language skills are important, and it would be even better if you also speak Dutch.

· We highly value reliability and responsibility - if you're someone who doesn't shy away from their duties, you're exactly who we're looking for.

· You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country. Please note that we don't provide assistance with Visa or permit applications.
